We want you and your pet to love every Petlyra product. If something is not right, we are here to help with a simple, fair returns process.

The 90-day window

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items should be in resellable condition — gently used is fine, because we understand pets need to actually try a product.

How to start a return

Email us at Contact@petlyra.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different item or variant? The fastest way is to contact us — we will help you exchange it or arrange a replacement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, just ask us before ordering.

Return shipping

For a standard change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we cover the cost.
