We want your Petlyra order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time and cost

Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the United States.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your delivery any time on our Track Order page.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods can slow delivery. We appreciate your patience, and our team is always happy to help if your order seems delayed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at Contact@petlyra.com and we will make it right.
