3. Products and pricing

We work hard to display our products and prices accurately. Colors and images may vary slightly from the actual item. All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Not veterinary advice

Petlyra products are wellness and care products for pets. Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
